  Terrible experience. Took my mother there for her birthday and it was my wife and I, my mother and our 1 year old. Seeing it was a Saturday night, we expected a wait. We were initially told there was a 20 minute wait which we thought was more than fair for Saturday night. After numerous attempts of approaching the hostesses about them seating people sooner than us, we kept getting various excuses. After over 90 minutes, we were seated. After seated, we waited approximately 15 minutes for a server to show up to take our order. After taking our order, he never came back with our drinks. When he finally showed up with the appetizers, we had to remind him that we never got our drinks. As he walked away, we realized he still hadn't brought us napkins or utensils. Entrees were decent. Overall, terrible experience and have no reason to ever go back. The young, inexperienced staff were nice. Although, they seemed very conditioned to giving random excuses for everything. It just seemed like nobody was running the show (management).
